Transformarea digital\u0103, utilizarea sistemelor informatice integrate, externalizarea serviciilor \u0219i mobilitatea for\u021bei de munc\u0103 genereaz\u0103 fluxuri complexe de date, dificil de controlat \u00een absen\u021ba unor mecanisme adecvate.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>Indiferent de obiectul de activitate, aproape orice entitate prelucreaz\u0103 date personale ale angaja\u021bilor, clien\u021bilor, colaboratorilor sau altor persoane fizice, ceea ce atrage aplicabilitatea direct\u0103 a Regulamentul (UE) 2016\/679 (GDPR). \u00cen acest cadru, conformarea nu mai poate fi tratat\u0103 ca un exerci\u021biu formal, ci trebuie integrat\u0103 \u00een strategia organiza\u021bional\u0103, ca parte a unui sistem coerent de guvernan\u021b\u0103 \u0219i management al riscurilor.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-308c359 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"308c359\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1.
